Peter John Jago has over 40 years international real estate experience, including developments in South Africa, the United
Kingdom and the United States. Peter specializes in developing mixed-use buildings, luxury and mid luxury hotels,
high-end residential apartments and condominiums. He has been involved in the development of more than 3000
residential units, 10 hotels, twelve shopping centers, and a multitude of office space, creating more than ten million square
feet of developed space.
Peter has personally developed over $1 billion, and his companies have garnered more than $6 billion in real estate
projects in the United States and abroad in locations such as South Africa, the U.K., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Many of the projects have been developed in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale Florida, as well as in Crested Butte, a well-known ski town in Colorado.
More than two decades ago Peter co-founded PDT Investments followed by GCFRC and GCF Developments where he has
continued to serve as managing director since its inception. Prior to 2001 in South Africa, Peter owned many diamond and
jewelry businesses, including a diamond cutting factory, as well as hotels and a multitude of other businesses.
As part of his endeavors, Peter served as financier, producer and lead performer in “Diamond River Hunters” a seven-part
reality series that detailed a mission to discover alluvial diamonds in the river valleys of Lesotho in Southern Africa. The
series was purchased by Discovery Channel among others and aired in more than 50 countries worldwide, plus it remains
on YouTube. Peter has over the years created employment opportunities, directly and indirectly, for over 25000 individuals
through his various business endeavors.
