Donovan is a 2nd generation real estate developer. His real estate experience spans projects in South Africa, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas and Colorado. His passion is  seeking development opportunities in emerging markets and deal making.  He specializes in acquisitions, repositioning of properties and loves to get into the architectural design of new developments.

Donovan attended the prestigious Hilton College and the University of South Africa. 

After immigrating to the United States he studied Hotel Real Estate Investment Analysis through Cornell and Real Estate Development at NYU.
