Dimitri has extensive executive experience in development and construction responsibility across diverse product categories and geographic regions. 

He has more than 28 years’ experience in development, construction, and acquisition of land for residential, office and mixed-use projects in South Africa, Dubai, and the United States. He has directed the overall development and construction process, including concept, entitlement, architectural, planning, design and engineering, contract negotiation and project management for over $3 billion in completed developments.

Dimitri previously managed the development division for one of the largest REITs in South Africa and in Dubai. Has orchestrated more than 8 million square feet of leasing, sales, and development transactions with a successful track record of completing difficult projects such as the Johannesburg domestic airport terminal and Dubai festival city.
