Jose Boschetti has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 25 years.

In that time, he has developed approximately 10,000 residential units, 15,000 square feet of commercial space, 50,000 square feet of retail space and 1million square feet of industrial space. In addition, Mr. Boschetti has been a motivating force behind the acquisition of more than 4,000 acres of land. His combined development and acquisition portfolio is valued in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Boschetti attributes his level of success to a dedication to real estate fundamentals, understanding market needs and relying on solid projections.
